Sterling Inn & Spa Niagara Falls

I appreciated the details, like staff and facilities, they were amazing. The room I booked was kept very clean and available with a massive spa bath and the shower, as for instance. The restaurant was good here, I had delicious dishes.

The hotel was unique with gorgeous rooms and I thoroughly enjoyed thoughtful staff. The property was in a central setting to basically everything. Nightmares Fear Factory was also right by the hotel.

Location and staff were nice, we enjoyed that everything was modern.

The venue was stunningly beautiful, I loved the stay and the location was excellent just off casino.

The staff were nice and courteous as well, would use them next time.

Clean, great value hotel, its location was brilliant and very close to restaurants and the falls and main attractions. The continental breakfast is perfect with lots of meals.

I enjoyed my 1 night stay. The personnel was amicable and excellent. The buffet breakfast was abundant with croissant and french press coffee and omelette.

We loved staff and rooms - very good! Set very close to the tourist attractions and sights, restaurants, the falls in the good area. We could also visit Nightmares Fear Factory as it was walking distance to the hotel.

Consistently courteous stuff, awesome location and exceptional restaurant. There was an exquisite bar with incredible service. About 5 minutes walk to bus stop. Besides, we parked our car nearby.

Fairly clean, beautifully kept hotel, good value. There were pleasantly decorated, amazingly clean rooms with jacuzzi and very modern decor and fire place. Everything was excellent, I loved that.

I appreciated that place, the balcony was nice. Decent room, well furnished bathroom with a jacuzzi. In-house restaurant and roof top bar were on site. The service was outstanding during all my perfectly pleasant stay.

Such an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience. Room was simply decorated and well airconditioned. Staff was quick to help and kept it all tidy. The venue was a short way from Niagara Falls downtown.

Approachable staff, contemporary hotel, fairly large room. Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a commercial casino. Had plenty of options for breakfast, it was excellent. The property had lemon water in the lobby. Non-alcoholic drinks, strong wifi were a nice surprise.

Location was perfect and I liked fairly quiet rooms. Ultra friendly staff and fabulous restaurant on site.

overall it's a perfect place to stay and i would stay here again. courteous staff, rooms are magnificent and spotless, and location is decent. found in a fairly quiet area. the continental breakfast is the best.

Extra comfy hotel, perfectly clean, outstanding staff. The rooms were stylish, absolutely stunning. Variety of very tasty food, we liked it. Superb services too! It made our trip to Niagara Falls a luxury experience.

It was a relaxing experience, value for price. We thoroughly enjoyed complimentary drinks in the reception. We ate at the attached restaurant just next door the hotel. Our suite was good sized.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. We liked housekeeping staff and the bed was comfortable. We were offered standard king room with a minibar, central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels which were very good. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center. Breakfast offers a wide array of yogurt, coffee and granola.

Great base for a trip in Niagara Falls! We had access to free WiFi. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Baskin Robbins that was only 5 minutes' walk away...
